A message dated May 8, 2003, was read stating the Governor is                                       
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
             CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7(RLS)                                         
    Proposing an amendment to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                 
    Legislature relating to executive sessions of legislative bodies; and
